Who we are
Lotavero is the controller of personal information collected through this public website. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].
Information we collect
When you request StockMatch access, we collect the applicant type, name, job title, company, business email, company website if provided, business location, your short explanation and confirmation of authority. Our hosting provider may also process ordinary security and request logs needed to operate and protect the service.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, full stock manifests or commercially sensitive part information through the public access form.
Why we use it
- To assess and respond to your request for StockMatch access.
- To verify business identity, authority and service fit.
- To protect the website, prevent abuse and keep appropriate records.
- To communicate about the request or an ensuing business relationship.
We generally process this information to take steps at your request and for our legitimate interests in operating a controlled business-introduction service. We will consider any additional permission required before using your details for unrelated marketing.
Sharing and international processing
We use service providers to host and protect the website and store access requests. They process information for us under appropriate contractual controls. We do not sell access-request data or publish applicant identities. If information is processed outside the UK, we require an appropriate transfer mechanism where the law requires one.
Retention
Unsuccessful or inactive access requests are normally retained for up to 12 months so we can respond, prevent duplicate or abusive applications and maintain a clear business record. Information connected with an active relationship may be retained for longer where reasonably needed for the service, dispute handling or legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to be informed, access your information, correct it, request deletion or restriction, object to processing, and receive certain information in a portable form. You can contact us using the address above. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and local storage
The launch website does not use advertising cookies or behavioural analytics. Essential hosting, security or load-balancing technologies may be used where necessary to deliver the service.
Changes
We may update this notice as the website, service or law changes. The latest version and its date will remain available on this page.
