These terms apply to your use of the public Lotavero website. StockMatch participation, introductions, mandates, fees and any transaction between buyer and seller may be governed by separate terms and agreements.

Information, not an offer

The website explains the current Lotavero service and provides general industrial sourcing information. It does not advertise a live buyer requirement or live stock lot, make an offer, guarantee availability, or create an obligation to invite any applicant.

Access requests

Submitting a request does not guarantee access. Information must be accurate, business-related and submitted by someone authorised to act for the named company. We may request verification, decline an application or withdraw access where appropriate.

Commercial boundaries

• Lotavero is an introducer and does not become the buyer or seller.
• Buyers and sellers contract and pay each other directly.
• Lotavero does not take title or custody, hold client money or provide product warranties.
• Each party remains responsible for identity, technical suitability, inspection, approvals, tax, delivery and contract terms.

Industrial and technical information

Acceptable use
