Ownership and authority
The legal owner, authorised contact and right to sell must be clear. Stock with uncertain title is not accepted.
One exact lot per record
Record the complete manufacturer and part number, quantity, pricing basis and UK location without shortening the designation.
Condition and packaging
Confirm that the stock is unused and describe the actual packaging. Opened, marked, incomplete or uncertain packaging should be disclosed.
Photographs and traceability
Provide current photographs and the relevant batch, serial, date-code, certificate or purchase evidence available for that lot.
Private commercial terms
Seller identity and private terms are protected while a buyer considers whether the candidate is relevant.
Direct buyer relationship
If both parties proceed, buyer and seller contract and pay each other directly. Lotavero does not take title or custody.
